Bring your project leadership to a collaborative, international environment where your ideas and impact matter.What you will doOwn schedule and budget performance for assigned PV construction projectsLead EPC, PPA, supplier and contractor contract management end to endEnsure HSEQ compliance on site and adherence to permits and technical specsCoordinate purchasing inputs, verify and approve project invoicesSecure on-time delivery of main equipment and lead on-site meetingsDrive testing, commissioning and handover to O&M per Urbasolar QAP, with weekly progress and HSEQ reportingWhat you bring & who you areMust-have: Engineering degree (civil, electrical or similar), 5+ years’ construction project management experience (ideally PV)Must-have: Proficiency in Italian and English; solid PV/electrical/building technical knowledgeMust-have: Strong ownership, rigor, autonomy; valid driving licence; willingness to travel and spend ~50% time on site (incl. occasional international travel)Ideally: PMI or equivalent certification; experience with EPC and PPA contract administration; familiarity with HSEQ frameworks and construction QA/QCIdeally: Vendor and claims management experience; strong reporting and stakeholder communication skillsNot sure you meet every point?
