Building lasting, trusted relationships with our teams and clients is fundamental to us.In this role, you will:Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and high quality standards.Oversee daily field activities, manage information flow, and report issues related to progress, quality, and safety.Assist in completing handover plans, ensuring documentation and expectations are met punctually and with quality.Lead onsite, assess progress, and uphold safe work practices.Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, and contractors, including scheduling and engagement.Proactively identify issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively.Implement and monitor project processes, collaborating with clients for improvements.Ensure adherence to project procedures and observe standards diligently.Lead and participate in key meetings to monitor progress, solve problems collaboratively, and communicate impacts.Review proposed variations and delays.We would love to hear from you if you:Have project management experience, preferably in data center construction.Possess a degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.Have or are pursuing a project management professional certification (we can assist).Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.Are an excellent communicator in English and Japanese, both verbally and in writing.Excel in collaborative, friendly team environments.Build strong relationships with teams and clients through openness and shared purpose.Please submit your CV in English.Since 1974, we’ve provided construction consultancy services that foster long-term client relationships.
