Due to this growth, they're currently looking for Project Managers to join their newly built team.Construction Project Manager – Renewable EnergyWe are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of utility-scale renewable energy plants (FER). The successful candidate will be part of the Construction department and will report directly to the Business Unit Manager.ResponsibilitiesOversee EPC and subcontractor contracts with a focus on optimising time, cost, and qualityManage the full lifecycle of construction activities through to technical and administrative project completion, ensuring smooth handover to O&M and Asset Management teamsEnsure compliance with national and EU regulations on health & safety, environment, and quality, through the application of internal procedures and protocolsMonitor project progress (physical and financial), analyse deviations from budget, identify potential critical paths, and implement timely corrective actionsCollaborate with engineering teams to define contractual specifications and coordinate design activitiesSupport the Procurement team in selecting key components (e.g. modules, inverters, trackers) and planning deliveries in line with project timelinesAssist the Project Control function in preparing regular financial and progress reportsRequirementsUniversity degree in a technical or scientific field (preferably Engineering)Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar roleProficiency in software tools for project design and documentation (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent command of English (spoken and written)Preferred qualitiesStrong problem-solving and strategic thinking skillsEffective communication across all organisational levelsTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative approachResilience, persistence, and adaptabilityIf this sounds like you, if you're passionate about renewable energy and want to contribute to the energy transition by managing impactful construction projects, please apply and let's have a conversation!
