This is a site-based role as the Site Manager is responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and providing an up-to-date insight into the status of a project in communication with multiple stakeholders within the project team.Oversee and direct the construction of the project up to its completionReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and evaluate extra costs when requestedOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and required safety regulations and internal company practices (HSE)Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractorsTrack physical progress, cross evaluating with cost and schedule plansMeet contractual conditions of performanceReview the work progress on daily basisPrepare periodic internal and external reports pertaining to job statusPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging onesAnalyze, manage and mitigate risksEnsure quality construction standards from Italy and the use of proper construction techniquesQualificationsFrom 2 to 6 years of working experience in construction managementIdeally experience in real estateKnowledge of construction management processes, means and methodsUnderstanding of all facets of the construction processCompetent in conflict and crisis managementLeadership and management skillsExcellent time and project management skillsBS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related fieldFluency in Italian and English is mandatoryAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our and mission.
