For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.In this role you will :Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule managementBe a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in the day-to-day health and safety management, as well as safety auditingAssist with the required project closeout processes and documentation and ensure expectations are met to receive approval to close the project.Work with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs issued to the clientEnsure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximise opportunitiesLead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partnersLiase with key partners in QA, Commissions and EHS to ensure excellent project deliveryManage and track all costs associated with the project including labour, materials, plant and equipment, variations and valuationsManagement of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and labour levelsLead overall construction as part of a client team with particular emphasis on logisitics and handoverMonitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safetyWe would love to hear from you if you :Are an experienced construction manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadershipHave a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar construction related disciplineHave strong knowledge of the full design and construction processHave a professional certification, or are seeking one .
