We were meant to fly.As a Construction Engineer, you will be part of a team of engineers who will provide engineering services for large and small projects. Your responsibility will include defining system requirements, defining design criteria, technical specifications, data sheet and technical reports. You will also work for all buildings, structural and cadastral practices.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesFollow construction supervision and structural activities of all AvioAero sitesTake part to energy audits at AvioAero sitesVerify the compliance of buildings and structures and plan the interventions in the investment planTake part and/or verify preliminary studies between AvioAero sites regarding Technical/regulatory aspects in the field of construction and structural worksPartecipate to feasibility studies and cost estimation activitiesInterface with external design consultancy firmTake part in the development of building and structural design to meet project planning, quality, and cost goalsBe involved in the concept design phase, material selection, perform design reviewsFollow construction activities of building and structural worksPartecipate at the Commissioning phaseKeep all the documentation produced by the various Italian and foreign sites up to dateQualifications / RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Construction or Civil EngineerBasic knowledge in construction and/or applicable regulatory and technical standardsBasic knowledge of specific engineering software such as: AutoCAD 2D and 3D, software for the structural calculation of buildings and elementsStrong oral and written communication skillsFluent Italian and EnglishAbility to document, plan, and execute projectsAvailability to travel in the short and medium termWork Visa in accordance with local regulationsDesired CharacteristicsExperience in Building Engineering and/or involvements on complex projects is not mandatory but will constitute a preferenceStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and solve problemsWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
