Focus will be on negotiation and conversion of incoming MICE opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting all steps of the negotiation process until arrival.He/she must set high personal standards.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESManagement of RFPs following company and brand standards.Planning and delivering customized C&E proposals according to client needs.Updating CRM with opportunities, calls, account info, tasks, and projects.Ensuring PMS (Protel and Opera) are updated with all necessary info.Focusing on KPI conversion goals.Managing events from initial offer to client arrival.Seeking new business opportunities through sales actions and cross-selling.Contributing ideas to improve standards, products, and services.Participating in internal sales and commercial meetings.Organizing and following up on site inspections.Personality and skillsThe candidate should demonstrate:High personal performance standards.Systematic planning and organization skills.Ability to prioritize and complete tasks.Good communication and listening skills.Ability to develop positive relationships at all levels.Willingness to improve continuously.Adaptability to new situations and changing circumstances.Good situational awareness and responsiveness.Note: This is an internship position; previous experience is not required.
