As a Compliance Associate, KYC / KYB, you will ensure compliance with established policies by performing KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) checks, and enhanced due diligence (EDD) where necessary. You will follow methodical processes, use analytical reasoning to make data-based judgments in nuanced scenarios, and communicate diplomatically with users via email. You will quickly learn to adopt an international perspective as the platform attracts users globally. You may lead initiatives to improve processes, working end-to-end through project implementation and adoption.
