Community Manager – ITLS Group
ITLS Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Manager to manage and moderate social media communities for our projects targeting the Chinese market. The role involves daily user interaction, conversation monitoring, content publishing, and maintaining a dynamic brand presence across major Chinese social platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and moderate ITLS Group’s social media communities aimed at Chinese audiences.
Interact with users by responding to comments, questions, and messages in a professional and engaging manner.
Encourage active participation and build a loyal and vibrant online community.
Publish content across platforms and monitor brand‑related conversations.
Identify and manage potential reputation‑related issues or crises on social media.
Track community activity and propose ideas to improve engagement and loyalty strategies.
Ensure the brand’s digital presence remains dynamic, coherent, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of the technologies, formats, and functionalities of major Chinese social platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and administering social media accounts for well‑known brands in the tourism sector or international organizations.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Cultural sensitivity and a solid understanding of digital dynamics in the Chinese market.

Chinese speakers or, alternatively, hold a Chinese university degree obtained by completing the full curriculum in person at a Chinese higher education institution.
