Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for members and visitors — from campus tours to daily issues — ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Oversee daily front desk and campus operations, maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and well‑organized environment.
Plan and deliver community initiatives — from workshops and networking events to informal meetups — ensuring high‑quality execution and participation.
Manage the community budget and related planning activities (calendars, timelines, reports) to ensure organized and responsible operations.
Collaborate with the Calabiana campus to align activities, share best practices, and create joint opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with members, helping them connect and thrive within the Talent Garden ecosystem.
Work closely with the City Lead on sales activities to help ensure the Isola campus remains fully occupied supporting payment and invoicing operations.
Stay aware of local innovation trends and key players, integrating relevant opportunities into the community agenda.
About you

Are a high‑energy professional with excellent standing, naturally skilled at building relationships both inside and outside the organization.
Know how to plan and coordinate projects or events, using tools like Google Sheets, Gantt charts, or project management platforms to track progress.
Have experience in budget management, ensuring resources are used effectively and responsibly.
Are confident in managing operations— from scheduling and supplier coordination to reporting and logistics.
Are passionate about the Italian and Milanese startup ecosystem and enjoy being part of an innovative, collaborative environment.
Stay organized and solution‑oriented in fast‑paced contexts, maintaining reliability even when priorities shift.
