About the Role
The Communication and Events Manager will drive and manage SCARPA’s global communication initiatives, focusing on building brand equity and awareness through events, PR, partnerships, and cross-category communications.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute global brand campaigns that are not category-specific
Manage and activate international events, trade shows, and brand experiences
Lead global PR strategy and coordinate relationships with media, agencies, and ambassadors
Develop and implement cross-category content strategies in collaboration with creative and digital teams
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all global touchpoints
Collaborate with category Marketing Specialists to amplify strategic brand moments
Support global partnerships and co-branding projects
Monitor brand performance and perception in key global markets
Manage and grow a team of brand marketing professionals, ensuring clarity of roles, motivation, and high-quality execution
Qualifications
Must-have:
6+ years of experience in brand marketing roles, ideally in outdoor, or mountain.
Strong background in event management, PR, and brand communications
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Nice-to-have:
Experience in international brand environments
Knowledge of sustainability communication practices
Familiarity with the outdoor industry and its cultural context
