Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics

Translate basic business problem statements into analysis requirements.
Communicate analysis findings and propose changes to business stakeholders.


Business Intelligence

Develop audit and compliance mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
Write efficient queries and produce ready‑to‑analyze data.
Build visualizations, dashboards, and reports for APAC and global reporting on scope, budget, schedule, resources, quality, and risk.


Operational Excellence

Identify inefficiencies, propose actions, measure success and iterate.
Create SOPs to reduce effort on repeating data entries and eliminate blockers.
Develop KPI dashboards and report key value drivers.
Collaborate with APAC, AMER, and EMEA counterparts for global alignment.


Plan and execute commissioning projects with a focus on safety, quality, time, and cost, delivering high‑quality builds consistently.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
Intermediate level SQL knowledge (queries, sub‑queries, aggregation, data modification).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA, data linking).
Excellent written and verbal communication of complex business concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in a highly analytical, results‑oriented environment with cross‑functional interactions.
Experience developing tools, reports, process maps, scorecards, and visualizations that improve business decision‑making.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑tech setting.
Proven business acumen, ownership of problems, and ability to navigate ambiguity to achieve operational excellence.
