Hill International is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer (Process) to join our team.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the commissioning process for various projects in the MENA & Europe region, ensuring that all systems and equipment are fully functional and meet project requirements
Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules in coordination with project stakeholders
Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including system checks, functional tests, and performance tests
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities and handover to operations
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors during the commissioning process
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
Prepare commissioning reports and documentation for project stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in commissioning processes and technologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commissioning process engineering, preferably in the process industry
Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and procedures
Experience with commissioning of process equipment and systems
Familiarity with international codes and standards related to commissioning
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel within the MENA & Europe region as needed
