Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities for electrical systems in projects located in the MENA & Europe regions.
Review project specifications and design documents to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Develop commissioning plans and procedures, and oversee their implementation on site.
Conduct pre-functional and functional testing of electrical systems, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure proper operation and performance.
Collaborate with project teams and contractors to resolve any commissioning-related issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Prepare commissioning reports and documentation for client approval and project closeout.
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in commissioning techniques and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning of electrical systems, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
Familiarity with international codes and standards related to electrical systems commissioning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel within the MENA & Europe regions.
