Your responsibilities will include:Commissioning planning; liaising with project managers to develop commissioning work plans that specify scope, resources, and schedules for project activities.Collaborating with electrical compliance engineers and quality managers to prepare documentation such as Inspection and Test Plans, method statements, and Test report templates.Supporting the Project Manager in reviewing technical requirements outlined in EPC contracts.Organizing, allocating, and supervising the commissioning engineers' team to manage projects from commissioning through energization and handover to the O&M team.Reviewing design drawings with electrical engineers and commissioning engineers to identify and eliminate errors, reducing installation challenges.Identifying potential risks during commissioning phases and developing mitigation measures.Analyzing commissioning and FAT processes to identify gaps and suggest improvements for future projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Degree; MSc is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in Solar Power Plant or Battery Storage construction.Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC, CEI, IEEE, and Italian Grid Code.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of AUTOCAD.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and Italian.BenefitsAttractive remuneration package.Friendly and professional working environment.Continuous training opportunities.Flexible cooperation model fostering cooperation, creativity, and innovation.Follow us on LinkedIn to stay updated on our latest news.
