Job Description:The Bellevue in Cogne, Valle d'Aosta, overlooking the Prati di Sant'Orso and directly facing the Gran Paradiso and the National Park of the same name, is not just a hotel but a historic house that embraces the culture and nature of the Alps.The Jeantet-Roullet family has been managing it since 1925, maintaining a tradition of hospitality involving over 90 employees.The hotel features 39 unique rooms furnished with antiques from the family collection, a 1,200-metre regenerative spa, and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage, a mountain restaurant, and the Brasserie du Bon Bec.Additional amenities include an award-winning wine cellar, cheese cellar, circular vegetable garden, and bakery, and it is part of the Relais & Châteaux association.Job Responsibilities:Manage mise en placeWelcome guestsMaintain cleanliness and orderSupport the Chef de Rang in operational management of hall service, complying with standards, procedures, and HACCP regulationsQualifications:Excellent knowledge of ItalianGood knowledge of English and FrenchAt least one year of experience in 4*/5* hotels, gourmet restaurants, or Relais & Châteaux establishmentsSkills in organization, communication, customer service, and teamworkThe position is within a family-run Relais & Châteaux residence that offers a welcoming and supportive work environment, recognizing each staff member's contribution to the hotel's success.Contract Details:Fixed-term contract from immediately until 13/10/2025CCNL Tourism; classification and salary based on experienceFull-time positionRoom and board included
