Job Description:
The Bellevue in Cogne, Valle d'Aosta, overlooking the Prati di Sant'Orso, right in front of the Gran Paradiso and the National Park, is more than just a hotel—it's a historic house that embraces the culture and nature of the Alps.
Owned and operated by the Jeantet-Roullet family since 1925, it employs over 90 staff members. The property features 39 unique rooms furnished with antiques from the family collection, a 1,200-square-meter spa, and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage, the mountain restaurant, and the Brasserie du Bon Bec.
Additional amenities include an award-winning wine cellar, cheese cellar, a circular vegetable garden, and a bakery. The hotel is part of the Relais & Châteaux association.
Responsibilities:
Manage mise en place
Welcome guests
Maintain cleanliness and order
Support the Chef de Rang in operational management of hall service, adhering to standards, procedures, and HACCP regulations
Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of Italian
Good knowledge of English and French
At least one year of experience in 4*/5* hotels, gourmet restaurants, or Relais & Châteaux establishments
Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
