About the Role
Position available at Villa Crespi, a Relais 5‑star luxury hotel and 3 Michelin‑star restaurant by Chef Cannavacciuolo, located in Orta San Giulio, Piedmont.
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and raw materials required for the line.
Reduce waste, maintain order and cleanliness in work areas.
Assist the chef de partie, learning operational procedures and skills.
Qualifications
Diploma in tourism/hospitality.
Minimum one year experience in high‑end restaurant kitchen.
