COMMIS DE RANG
Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort, part of the RCollection Hotels group and Small Luxury Hotels of the World, seeks a Commis De Rang for the 2026 season (April – October). The role is situated in the 5‑star resort overlooking the Gulf of Portofino.
The selected candidate will join a young and dynamic team, developing hospitality skills in a refined and stimulating environment to deliver personalized, high‑quality guest experiences beyond expectations.
Responsabilità
Serve food and beverage to guests according to established service standards and service sequence for the outlet.
Maintain a customer‑centric approach, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Manage all guest and internal client complaints and requests courteously and efficiently, resolving problems satisfactorily.
Know all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
Prepare for service including mise‑en‑place, table set‑up and restoration, light cleaning and other tasks assigned.
Be flexible to satisfy special guest requests for methods and ingredients for food and beverage preparation.
Work flexibly and cooperatively with other employees and departments in a spirit of “Team work across the team.”
Know and respect the safety regulations of the facility.
