For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de rang.Main responsibilities:Organising the restaurant's mise en place;Cleaning equipment and tables;Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge;Handling the bill and the till (if required);Handling dishes at the buffet (if present);Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone;Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen;Requirements:Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships.
