For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de rang.Main responsibilities:Organising the restaurant's mise en placeCleaning equipment and tablesGreeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in chargeHandling the bill and the till (if required)Handling dishes at the buffet (if present)Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phoneSharing information with the restaurant and kitchenRequirements:Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationshipsKnowledge of the English languagePrevious experience in luxury hotels
