Enjoy our infinity pool, Italian gardens, Michelin-starred dining, and timeless beauty.About the role:Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure exceptional service at your assigned station. Responsibilities include preparing dining areas, assisting with food service, attending to guest needs, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting inventory management.What you will do:Describe food and beverage menu items to guests, offering vivid descriptions and details about origin, taste, and preparation.Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen using the POS system.Coordinate food timings and ensure timely delivery to guests.Breakdown, clean, and set up tables and food stations.Work professionally with colleagues and supervisors.What you bring:High school diploma or equivalent.At least two years of food service experience, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants, with international experience considered an asset.Ability to carry and balance a tray.Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, organizational skills, team spirit, and personal energy.What we offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Training and development opportunities.Complimentary dry cleaning for uniforms.Meals at the employee restaurant.Employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.Opportunities for a global career.Schedule & Hours:Full-time position.Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.Based at San Domenico Palace, Taormina, with a seasonal contract.
