Mandarin Oriental, Milan is looking for a Commis de Rang to join our Mandarin Garden team.
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Mandarin Garden Department, the Commis de Rang is responsible for delighting and satisfying our guests. The role reports to the Director of Mandarin Garden.
Responsibilities

Transport dishes from the kitchen to the tables, ensuring speed and accuracy of service.
Maintain constant communication with the kitchen and dining‑room colleagues to ensure smooth service.
Ensure all service areas are prepared before service begins, including cutlery placement and cleanliness of the Mandarin Garden areas.
Engage guests with a smile and genuine hospitality spirit, providing impeccable and sincere service.

Qualifications

Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills; fluent in Italian and English.
Willing to provide professional and impeccable service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at Mandarin Oriental.
