Il Grand Hotel Victoria Concept & SPA 5* in Lake Como, part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and holding 2 Michelin stars, is looking for a Commis Colazioni for the summer season (April – October 2026).
Responsibilities & Duties

Preparing the bases and line of service.
Supporting during the service.
Ensuring cleanliness and order of the station and equipment.
Applying hygiene standards according to HACCP regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in similar positions in luxury hotels and/or high‑profile restaurants.
Professionalism, flexibility and teamwork skills.
Orientation toward quality service and attention to detail.
Dynamic, eager to learn new techniques and services.
Availability to work shifts 06:00 – 15:00.
