Responsibilities

Attend an on-the-job training program to learn typical store activities.
Work with a dedicated tutor who will guide your training and provide essential information.
Learn to recognize products and their characteristics.
Organize the store warehouse as a key part of store operations.
Care for the store image and the merchandise assortment.
Apply sales phases and customer loyalty practices with individual customers.

Qualifications

No prior experience in the sector.
Strong willingness to learn and engage in the role.
Availability to work shifts, full-time, 40 hours per week with a midweek day off.
Attitude to teamwork, humility and a friendly demeanor.
