Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Fleet Manager to oversee and grow our fleet operations in Italy. This role involves managing business-to-business fleet sales, optimizing fleet solutions, and ensuring exceptional service to corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective fleet management strategies aligned with business goals
Manage business-to-business fleet sales, building strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
Monitor and analyse fleet market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Manage contracts, pricing negotiations, and compliance with fleet regulations and policies
Provide regular reporting on fleet performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction to senior management
Qualifications
Strong experience in fleet management, business sales, or a related automotive sector role
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in CRM and fleet management software
Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure
