We’re looking for a driven Commercial Sales Executive to grow Cynet’s business across Italy. In this role, you’ll own your territory end-to-end, building pipeline, winning new customers, and expanding revenue.
Essential characteristics for success in this role include ambition and results orientation, constant proactivity, resilience, and rejection management. In addition to lead qualification, mastery of social selling, storytelling, and pitching. You will be part of a successful team where team spirit and collaboration are the path to results; however, the ability to self-assess and set continuous goals must be a distinctive characteristic of the candidate.
Responsibilities
Own and develop Cynet’s business across the Italian market
Build and manage a strong pipeline, directly and through channel partners
Identify target accounts, key contacts, and new market opportunities
Develop the territory from cold outreach, using a data-driven approach and clear daily KPIs
Qualify every contact with a clear understanding of how things are moving
Forecast accurately and report weekly performance and pipeline status
Manage opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC), consistently driving YoY territory growth
Understand customer needs and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial and technical proposals
Represent Cynet’s values with customers, partners, and industry bodies
Qualifications
Experience selling and developing a territory or customer portfolio
Proven ability to leverage social networks and modern sales tools
Strong cold-calling experience
Self-motivated, KPI-driven, and comfortable handling objections
A track record of overachievement, net-new logo wins, and selling technology solutions to corporate customers, directly and/or via partners
Willingness to learn new sales methodologies and think creatively to achieve quota
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree
Public speaking experience is a plus
