The company's total backlog is approximately €61 billion.Webuild is driven by a passion for building and a commitment to excellence, aiming to create a sustainable future through innovative and valuable projects.Financial results as of June 30, 2023, are consolidated.Webuild is hiring a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to join the Group Commercial Department in Milan.Responsibilities :Develop monitoring and forecast models for the Group's performance and KPIs, including offers, orders, win rate, and other metrics; prepare regular reports.Collaborate with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database.Support the execution and development of the Group's 3-year Commercial Plan aligned with the economic and financial targets of the Industrial Plan.Enhance information management and monitoring processes for commercial initiatives.Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan, identifying opportunities and ensuring proper monitoring.Assess and monitor specific risk topics (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to inform go/no-go decisions for commercial initiatives.Requirements :MSc in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics;5-6 years of experience, preferably in prominent consulting firms;Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models applied to financial data;Ability to manage complex files and large databases;Expertise in Excel for forecasting and KPI monitoring models;Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports;Excellent command of English;Willingness to travel internationally.Additional Skills :Problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities;Results-oriented with attention to detail;Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems;Proficiency in a second foreign language such as French, German, or Spanish.Webuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
