Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert :Commercial Planning & Market Analysis ExpertWebuild is the new name of the Salini Impregilo Group, a global construction company specializing in large projects and complex infrastructure for sustainable mobility, hydroelectric energy, water, green buildings, and tunneling sectors.With 117 years of engineering experience across 50 countries and a workforce of 85,000 from over 100 nationalities, Webuild has a total backlog of €61 billion.Webuild is driven by a passion for building and a commitment to excellence, aiming to create a sustainable future through innovative and valuable projects.Financial results as of June 30, 2023, are consolidated.Webuild is hiring a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to join the Group Commercial Department in Milan.Responsibilities :Develop monitoring and forecast models of Group performance / KPI, including offers, orders, win rate, and other metrics; prepare regular reports.Interact continuously with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database.Support the implementation and development of the 3-year Commercial Plan aligned with the economic / financial targets of the Industrial Plan.Contribute to improving management and monitoring processes for commercial initiatives.Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan and monitor potential opportunities.Coordinate risk assessment and monitoring (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to support decision-making on commercial initiatives.Requirements :MSc in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.5-6 years of experience, preferably in reputable consulting firms.Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models for financial analysis.Ability to manage complex files and large databases.Proficiency in Excel for modeling and KPI monitoring.Proficiency in PowerPoint for report preparation.Excellent command of English.Willingness to travel globally.Additional Skills :Problem-solving and quick-thinking skills.Results-oriented with attention to detail.Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.Knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems.Knowledge of a second foreign language such as French, German, or Spanish.Webuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
