The company's total backlog is approximately €61 billion.Webuild is committed to building a sustainable future by applying innovative engineering solutions and pursuing excellence in every project.Consolidated Financial Results as of June 30, 2023.Webuild is seeking a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to join the Group Commercial Department in Milan.Responsibilities :Develop monitoring and forecast models for Group performance/KPI, including offers, orders, win rate, and other metrics; prepare regular reports.Engage with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database.Support the development and execution of the 3-year Commercial Plan aligned with the economic and financial targets of the Industrial Plan.Enhance management of information and monitoring processes for commercial initiatives.Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan, identifying potential opportunities and monitoring progress.Collaborate on risk assessment topics (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to support go/no-go decisions for commercial initiatives.Requirements :MSc in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.5-6 years of experience, preferably in prominent consulting firms.Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models applied to financial analysis.Ability to manage complex files and large databases.Proficiency in Excel for KPI forecasting and monitoring.Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports.Fluent in English.Willingness to travel globally.Additional Skills :Problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities.Results-oriented with attention to detail.Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.Knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems.Proficiency in a second foreign language such as French, German, or Spanish.Webuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
