Our division is currently looking for a:COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS MANAGERReporting to the Head of Commercial Operations within the kdc/one home care division, the role is responsible for leading the analysis of commercial performance metrics, developing strategic insights and reports, ensuring the alignment between sales execution and broader business objectives and the optimization of commercial processes and tools, in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, IT and Top Management, ultimately fostering the maximization of the division’s performance targets.ResponsibilitiesOversee the continuous tracking and analysis of the division’s sales performance across key metrics (e.g., volume, pricing, margins, pipeline), with the aim of translating data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial effectiveness, combining a proactive analysis of evolving needs with response to specific analytical requests.Act as a key liaison between Commercial, Finance and Top Management teams to ensure cohesive planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.Act as a key contributor to high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership and shareholders, by developing fact-based narratives that can demonstrate alignment of commercial performance and SLS division’s positioning against official growth targets and broader market dynamics over defined timeframes.Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of commercial analytics tools and processes, ensuring seamless and holistic data accessibility and usability for commercial teams and top management and enhancing the organization’s ability to act on insights quickly and effectively. (SalesForce, Vistex, SAC, Power BI).Requirements:Fluency in English is a prerequisiteUniversity degree in Business Administration or Economics or Social SciencesMaster’s in economics is a plus5+ years of experience in data analysis and process management in a sales department within consumer good multinationals, preferably in a B2B environmentExperience in team management is a plusAbility to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insightsStrong business acumen and understanding of commercial driversOutstanding effective presentation and communication capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept to executionProficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Salesforce, Vistex)Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plusProactive attitudeEnergeticTeam playerFast learnerWilling to travelSelf-starterHighly organized and able to work under pressureNatural team player.Join US!
