Working on large scale projects with cutting‑edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate.Partner with the bestAs Commercial Manager - Pump Water Solutions,you will be responsible for:Manage the end-to-end commercial process, from customer inquiry to order confirmation.Prepare and coordinate commercial offers, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and technical feasibility.Drive negotiations, providing accurate and timely documentation.Maintain and update CRM/DM systems, tracking opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions.Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial policies.Act as a liaison between product leadership, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.Experience in sales operations, order management, or technical‑commercial roles.Familiarity with rotating equipment and industrial products is a plus.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Availability to travel to attend Customer meetings/events useful to close deals/negotiationsSoft SkillsStrong organizational and problem‑solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.Enthusiasm for working in a new business environment with high growth potential.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
