We are currently looking for a Commercial Lead to join our team at our offices in Bergamo. The candidate will be responsible for the revenue and margin of the Italian Mobility clientele. He / she participates in managing existing accounts, expanding volume and implementing sales’ growth strategy .
Responsibilities

Leads business development within Mobility sector in Italy, including business development, sales execution, and key customer relationships. Developing and managing the portfolio of clients (transporters, filling stations, fuel retailers) : prospecting new clients, retaining existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborates with international Molgas colleagues, to unlock cross-regional sales opportunities, leveraging on Italy’s strategic position and on Molgas’ paneuropean footprint
Be responsible for the P&L for Mobility in Italy, as well as for the fulfilment of the Company’s budget in the respective sector.
Owns and manages the relationships with station partners / operators for existing network of Molgas filling stations in Italy
Leads and expands the Molgas Fleet Card business in Italy, managing relationships with associated stations and customers, as well as guiding the Team and Functions across the Group in optimizing operations and systems, with the support of the Country Lead.
Renegotiates / renews existing LNG supply contracts, where applicable, with the support of the Country Lead.
Develops and demonstrates expertise understanding of local and EU regulation affecting Mobility business development in Italy, with primary focus and attention on BioLNG, converting regulation into tangible business opportunities.
Promotes company values and culture, providing leadership and visibility for the organization in that market.
Reports on his / her activities : developing specific KPIs, analyzing results, presenting reports to management.

Requirements

Higher education, such as a Business School, Marketing, Management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and / or sales within Mobility sector, which may have been gained:

energy origination or trading
road fuels supply
lubricants supply
industrial sales


Thorough understanding of the EU and National regulation shaping energy transition in transport sector (i.e RED III, ETS)
Proven basic understanding of energy technical and commercial fundamentals
Excellent Italian and English skills
