We are looking for a Commercial Finance & Bid Specialist to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation area. Your Challenge
As Commercial Finance & Bid Specialist your mission will be to manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition.

Cooperate with Bid & proposal office, sales office and contract manager to prepare comprehensive, on‑time, competitive offers.
Analyze customer requests, tender documents, derive bidding strategies, and conduct contract negotiations until the contract is signed.
Manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition: contract analysis, cost calculation, cash‑flow projections, business models, taxation, financing concepts, currency, risks and opportunities, credit rating, etc.
Elaborate and present offers and complex issues transparently to executive management.
Prepare LOA (Limit of Authority) documentation, meetings and provide regular reporting on bid status.
Negotiate T&Cs with customers and business partners and other stakeholders respecting the frame of LoA.
Perform sales data analysis for driving decisions on reach, customers, pricing, markets, etc.

Provide timely and qualitative information about bid projects and sales activities to maintain transparency and enable the management to take timely, correct actions.
To be a perfect fit for this role

Education background in finance or equivalent.
Proven experience in a similar commercial/finance role within a project‑driven environment.
Knowledge of controlling & reporting in sales & bid phase as well as commercial sales & bid‑related tools.
Great teammate and business oriented.
Highly self‑motivated, capable of handling rapid changes in a growing business.
A growth mindset.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
Eligibility to work in Italy.
