Job Description
The Global Commercial Experience Lead is responsible for driving and executing initiatives that support DLL’s commercial transformation. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Transformation, this role focuses on delivering projects that enhance member experience, enable commercial effectiveness, and ensure successful implementation of change across Markets and Global Business Units (GBUs). The position requires strong project management capabilities, a structured approach to change management, and the ability to connect talent development with business objectives. The role involves ownership of key member experience projects, including compensation enhancements, new ways of working, performance expectation frameworks, and leadership development initiatives. Your key focus is to help define and implement the DLL strategic vision and roadmap for the commercial member lifecycle guaranteeing a top-class experience in DLL. You will work hand‑in‑hand with Group HR and the Global Business Units (GBUs) to ensure that we maintain alignment with overall DLL member strategy as well as meet the needs of the GBUs. This role is global and can be based in any DLL country, and you will be part of an international team of professionals. Collaboration is the way we can achieve our goals and ambitions. Day to Day
Commercial New ways of Working

Define Global Sales roles and responsibilities and ensure that all global initiatives and ways of working are tailored to each sales role
Build commercial member enablement frameworks, tools, and playbooks for increased effectiveness in their roles

Change Management & Execution

Lead change management initiatives that improve member experience and support commercial enablement.
Apply change management frameworks and project structures to ensure effective delivery.
Drive business readiness and oversee successful implementation and rollout of global initiatives.

Member Experience & Capability Development

Own and manage projects related to member experience, including:

Transform commercial compensation in order to attract/keep top talent and make clear connections between targeted outcomes and behaviors/activities
Onboarding programs and playbooks
Tools and frameworks for performance expectations and sales member productivity
Leadership and member development programs


Align career pathing with capability‑building initiatives to support long‑term talent development.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Provide regular updates on project progress, outcomes, and future plans.
Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and ensure alignment with DLL’s strategic objectives.
Support the Head of Commercial Transformation in strategic and operational priorities.

Essentials

University‑level degree, MSc preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and change management, ideally within a HR, commercial or sales organization.
Proven ability to design and implement employee experience frameworks across the lifecycle.
Experience in a commercial role preferred; experience in an HR or employee experience role preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Have demonstrated in previous roles the ability to create and implement plans resulting in clear and high‑value deliverables
Tech‑savvy and a Power User of Microsoft Office Suite and other tools
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
Ability to manage resistance to change and navigate complexity.
Knowledge of Financial and professional Services
Able to navigate and build relationships with a diverse audience of stakeholders especially in an international matrix organization
Fluent in English, other languages beneficial

Applicable Pay Range
$ 121,983.20 -$ 182,974.80 (USD) — This applies to US only. Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various applicable state/local pay transparency laws and regulations legislation. For roles spanning multiple countries, salary ranges are based on local market salary benchmarks and will vary by country. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the US only. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work‑related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification. This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
