Position Summary
In recent months, B2B has completely revolutionized its RTM, approaching OOH customers directly and starting its own digital revolution. Reporting directly to the B2B Commercial Excellence Manager, the B2B Commercial Operations & Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall delivery of multiple change‑management projects, improving commercial effectiveness and efficiency, and identifying and implementing strategic improvements.
He/she will also support the Business Commercial Excellence Manager in deploying the business and digital strategy for Nespresso.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of multiple change‑management projects.
Improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
Identify and implement strategic improvements.
Project and program development, roll‑out and execution.
Present projects to stakeholders to ensure effective buy‑in.
Drive B2B and digital change management across the organization.
Support Salesforce in adopting new methodologies, processes, and tools.
Work closely with marketing, finance, operations to ensure a cohesive approach to commercial activities.
Develop and monitor KPIs to assess efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
Define and implement timely actions to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency, including guidelines for the sales force.
Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, involving stakeholders such as salesforce, operations, finance, etc.
Define business needs and partner with the IT department to digitalise and automate processes.
Understand business priorities and OOH trends and collaborate with the Business Commercial Excellence Manager to define the company strategy and operative plan.
Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct market research and field visits with salesforce to understand salesforce & customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications & Success Factors
Master’s degree in Economics, Management or a related field.
Ability to understand current OOH market trends. Commercial experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced and growing environment.
Strategic mindset, with attention to daily operations and results orientation.
Flexibility and proactivity.
Experience in processes design & organization.
Fluent English.
