Key Responsibilities

Ensure monthly closing with P&L preparation and explanation of the result
Analysis of actual variances toward budget/forecast and proposal of corrective actions
Preparation of forecast, annual budget and multi‑year strategic plan
Monitoring of logistic costs, packaging and inventory adjustment movements with focus on the deviation
Monitoring of material price variances with focus on the deviation
Standard cost definition for the new year with periodic monitoring
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Monitoring of SOX compliance business processes
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Preparation of business cases and ad‑hoc projects

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or supply chain‑related roles.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Basic understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Ability to work with large datasets and perform variance analysis.
Detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
