Commercial & Professional Marketing Specialist (Emilia Romagna, Toscana & Marche)
In this role you will promote Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) products and solutions in the assigned area (Centre Italy) and maximize sales, margins, market share, and customer relationships to ensure long‑term profitability in the targeted territory (Emilia Romagna, Toscana & Marche). You will also ensure that customers (clinicians, technicians, operators, agents, Home Care Providers) are properly trained and supported.

Manage customers and clinical stakeholders in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular visits to customers (prescribers such as pneumologists, neurologists, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.) to obtain direct feedback on Philips solutions and to stay updated on local tenders, Home‑Care Provider penetration, and competitors.
Support and follow the clinical community/Hospitals in the assigned zone to expand sleep and ventilation therapy adoption.
Support and develop dedicated marketing, educational and commercial activities for prescribers (also in collaboration with the Business Partners) to achieve sales and marketing targets in the assigned territory.
Train all customers (prescribers and Home Care Providers) to provide high‑quality training for optimal product usage as indicated by the IFU.
Develop strong relationships with the field commercial organization of the business partners to increase adoption of Philips SRC solutions.
Contribute to maintaining and updating the customer’s segmentation profile in CRM.
Monitor local trends, market share, and prescription dynamics to define commercial and marketing strategies that increase Philips adoption.

You are a part of the Local Commercial & Professional Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Commercial & Professional Marketing Lead.
Qualifications

Technical background.
Previous experience as a sales/technical specialist in the medical sector (preferred).
Experience in the home‑care market (plus).
Knowledge of computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and able to manage your own workload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships.
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) on top of Italian as the local language.

How We Work Together: Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations, so we expect in‑person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least three days a week.
