We are seeking a dynamic and experienced C&I Sales Director to lead and develop the sales team in Italy and drive the growth of our industrial power product lines. The successful candidate will define and execute the commercial strategy, manage key customer relationships, and achieve sales targets across Italy.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the Italy sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with Pramac’s goals.
Drive business development to expand market share and penetrate new segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations for product launches and promotions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to the General Manager.
Recruit, train, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Negotiate contracts with distributors and partners to optimize terms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving growth in Italy.
Technical Degree preferred.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Willing to travel within Italy.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Experience in sales leadership, preferably in power generation or industrial equipment sectors.
Excellent strategic, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
