Position
Collection Coordinator – Women RTW – Loro Piana – Milan
Responsibilities

Support in the organization and setup of collection meetings.
Act as an interface between Design, Product, and Collection Merchandising Teams.
Assist with contacting model agencies, including booking and budget management.
Participate in lookbook shootings, manage shooting activities, and verify the codes of shot looks within the company system.
Attend fitting sessions with the stylist, contributing to the documentation of comments and notes.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Fashion Design or similar.
1-3 years of previous experience in the role.
IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and PLM.
Fluent English.
Problem‑solving, precision, attention to detail, teamwork attitude and flexibility.
