What You Need to Be Successful

Master’s Degree in STEM subjects (recently or about to graduate)
Less than 18 months of professional experience
Fluency in English; another language will be considered a plus
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
Innate aptitude for teamwork
Excellent communication skills
Personal drive and result orientation.
