Each boutique symbolises a window that, from Solomeo, opens onto the world and simultaneously embraces a glance towards the reality that we attend to daily, a healthy lifestyle led according to the rhythm of nature.Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Store Manager assumes the responsibility to personally represent the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique.Profile:The two Co-Store Managers will work closely to lead the Sales Associates to the acquisition of brand and product awareness, transmitting them the brand philosophy and core values, guiding them in maximizing sales and performance in order to build strong relationships with customers.rs.Role responsibilitiesCultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by guiding the team to provide a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and CRM guidelines.Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and team members, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust.Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting missed opportunities to company management, allowing potential corrective actions to be implemented. The Store Manager will also be required to provide feedback through reports related to: sales trends, customer satisfaction and competitive insights.Liaising with the HQ Retail Buying Office to plan the best product assortments.Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays, in windows or in-store, on a regular basis.Supporting the organization of events and trunk shows to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, to instill and increase loyalty and to provide further ideas on CRM actions to be implemented.Managing and motivating the team in carrying out daily activities within the Boutique with a sense of responsibility. Ensuring continuous improvement by providing feedback to each team member.Safeguarding and promoting respect and collaboration between colleagues through coaching and group or one-to-one meetings.Supervising the stock area, providing support when required, especially during inventory.Ensuring that the retail operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ are respected.Cultivating direct contact with the headquarters.Using the main IT applications and systems, updating with new tools made available by the company, with particular reference to the Xstore management system and the Salesforce CRM system.Qualifiche8 years of experience in Retail with at least 3 years gained in managerial roles (preferably in Luxury Retail).A very good knowledge of English.Strong business acumen. Solid understanding of market and customers.People management and development.
