With the Papernet brand, we also cater to the "Away-from-Home" sector, ensuring quality solutions for businesses and public spaces.Wherever you are, Sofidel is there, bringing comfort, quality, and sustainability to everyday life!PurposeTo support the Plant Manager in order to: ensure the achievement of efficiency and quality aims related to industrial activities in accordance with the Group’s policies.Main ResponsibilitiesOn behalf of the Plant Manager:Ensure the achievement of productive, quality and cost-effective aims established in full compliance with: provisions and policies in matters of safety, environment and product’s safety; ISO 9001 Quality SystemSupport the relationships with stakeholders from a technical point of viewSupport the Country Operations Manager in the formulation of budget proposals related to production and maintenance costsLiaise with the other depts. in order to maximise productivity, efficiency and service to clientsCheck and manage production and maintenance costsGuarantee the correct management and maintenance of plantsGuarantee optimisation of energy consumption and exploitation of raw materialsCheck and validate production reportsCollaborate with the CTO area personnel in the process of permanent improvement in matters of: productive efficiency; production costs; energy and raw materials consumption; environmental impactManage relationships with the plant’s trade unions representatives in accordance with the Group’s policiesEnsure professional development of the technical personnelRequirements For The ApplicationYou have a Master degree in Engineering or related fieldYou have 2 years’ of experience in the engineering/manufacturing industry, checking and validating production reportsYou have experience in dealing with matters of safety, environment and product’s safetyYou have excellent communication skillsYou are able to prioritise, as well as to adapt, learn the process and manage the SMED projects.What We OfferA meaningful job in an international Group with facilities across Europe.Access to the Sofidel Language Learning Programme for you and one additional user.Participation in training and specialization programs tailored to your role.A dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas matter.
