Key Responsibilities

Promote meaningful discussions about Safety Culture Behaviors.
Read carefully the drawing and the tolerances applied to the machined surfaces, understand the fabrication cycle and all applicable procedures for the machining phase.
Define the machining steps and the best positioning of the piece/component before the machine tool.
Define the best machining strategy, with the appropriate tools needed to obtain the desired shape and surface finish.
Prepare the CNC program for the selected machine using CAD/CAM software (Catia V5) and simulate the program using simulation software (Vericut). Additionally, prepare the digital Tool List with Tool Management Software (Zoller TMS).
Collaborate with the entire engineering team to provide mechanical machining solutions that are feasible from the design phase.
Work with the engineering team to assess any safety aspects for the pieces handling, and provide the proper related work instructions.

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as CNC programmer.
English level: intermediate or B1.
