This role involves interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise machining of parts and components. The CNC Programmer collaborates closely with engineers and machinists to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality production. He / she also will be responsible for managing projects in the Machining department implementing customized solutions to the needs by analyzing the feasibility of the project / product.He / she will optimize the procedures by defining processing cycles, choice of tools and fixture (placement and tooling); he / she will verify compliance with contractual constraints and company policies. The person will draw up specific summary reports.ResponsibilitiesProgramming: Develop and write CNC programs using CAD / CAM based on Heidenhain numerical control to create complex parts and components. Knowledge of Siemens and Fanuc numerical controlBlueprint Analysis: Analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.Tool Selection: Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each jobTesting and Optimization: Test programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to solve critical process issues and implement process improvements.Documentation: Maintain records and documentation for machine specifications and programming notesCompliance: Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations in the workplaceBasic QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in CNC programming, machine tool technology, or a related field is preferredExperience: 2+ years of experience in a Planning role; experience with 5-axis CNC machines and proficiency in computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.Certifications: Certifications in CNC programming or operations can enhance job prospects.Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest software and training on new equipment.Key CompetenciesStrong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing principlesProficiency in blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillFluent in English (written and spoken)Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and machinistsAbility to think objectively and drive connection and collaboration both outside and within the organizationWhat We OfferDynamic international working environmentSmart Working Policy and flexible working timeWelfare programInternal canteenLinkedIn learning access
