As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a CMMS Specialist in the Lifesciences sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.
What is the challenge?
MAIN ACTIVITIES:

System administration: Configure, maintain, and update the CMMS platform to ensure the accuracy of asset and maintenance data.
Work order management: Create, schedule, and monitor work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.
Reporting and KPIs: Generate reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and cost analysis to support decision-making.
Process optimization: Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve workflows and system utilization.
Compliance: Ensure that maintenance documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards (e.g., GMP for the pharmaceutical industry).
Training: Provide training and support to users on CMMS functionality.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation engineering
Solid Knowledge of CMMS (e.g. SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM)
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Knowledge of maintenance and asset management processes.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO standards) is considered a plus.
