Rinomata per l’eccellenza del servizio e lo stile raffinato, è ancora oggi guidata con passione dalla famiglia fondatrice.Posizione: Cluster Revenue Manager (Milano/Venezia)Luogo di lavoro: MilanoResponsibilitiesBased in Milan; reports directly to the Corporate Revenue Manager.Maximize revenues, market share and profit for the hotels in the cluster in partnership with General Managers and the business unit’s marketing, sales & e-commerce departments.Manage four Sina Hotels properties: 2 in Milan (Sina De La Ville 4*, Sina The Gray) and 2 in Venice (Sina Palazzo Sant’Angelo 4*, Sina Centurion Palace 5*).Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic pricing: Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments; define ideal business mix and channel mix strategy; define overbooking and protection strategy.Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Build yearly revenue strategy & budget proposal with the corporate revenue manager, GM and commercial team; prepare monthly forecasts for all hotels in the cluster; validate RMS forecast and implement corrective actions as needed.Daily Revenue Management: Review demand calendars and event calendars; perform daily pick-up analysis, review yield system forecast, and conduct competition analysis; apply pricing and restrictions to maximize profits; manage group quotations and related displacement analysis.Performance, Demand & Competition Analysis: Monitor market performance, RGI, channel performance; track market developments, demand generators, supply changes; maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, product, pricing, and business mix; ensure data quality (segmentation, denials tracking).Communication: Present strategic recommendations to Regional Revenue Manager and GM; coordinate regular reviews and RM team collaboration.QualificationsEducation: Degree level – preferably in Tourism, Business Studies, Economics, Business Admin.Required Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of One Yield; organized and methodical; highly quantitative analytical skills; strategic thinking; commercial sense; strong influencing and communication skills; proven track record of revenue growth in previous hotels; good team player.Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Revenue position.General Information: MS Office, Intermediate Excel; knowledge of Duetto; Synxis, Opera Express, Blastness Booking Engine and/or Blastness Suite; languages: Italian; English.Work location: MilanSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherNote: This job description retains the core responsibilities and qualifications for the Cluster Revenue Manager role at Sina Hotels.
