Prometeia is looking for a Senior Delivery Specialist to join the IT team in Milan or Bologna. The role focuses on managing and coordinating the delivery of software applications.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate application maintenance and delivery activities, ensuring timelines, quality and business objectives.
Supervise and mentor junior and mid‑seniority team members.
Configure software products for internal and external customers.
Plan and manage project activities, including monitoring, reporting and resource management.
Implement and manage micro‑service environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Manage relational and NoSQL databases to ensure application performance.
Integrate customer data to and from Prometeia’s products in a cloud environment.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years of experience in similar roles with proven leadership in complex projects.
Deep knowledge of Azure, Azure cloud services.
Advanced skills in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience in coordinating cross‑functional technical teams.
Experience in planning, managing and delivering IT projects.
Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Python, PowerShell).

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Databricks and data analysis tools.
Object‑oriented development experience (OOP).
Certifications in Azure and Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
Proven experience managing micro‑service environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Junior Delivery Specialist
The role focuses on supporting internal customers in configuration, management and integration of the company’s software products.
MAIN TASKS

Monitor and optimize applications on cloud and on‑premise platforms.

Configure and manage web servers (IIS, NginX).
Interact with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Basic knowledge of Unix‑based operating systems (Ubuntu, Red Hat).

Experience configuring web servers (IIS, NginX).
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
