Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

Manage private (VMware) and public (AWS/Azure) infrastructure.
Perform server and storage patching, hardening, and upgrades.
Manage cloud security and compliance.
Support cloud migration and implementation projects.
Remediate vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents.
Automate infrastructure tasks using Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, or Bash.
Collaborate with teams for critical upgrades and onsite interventions.
Ensure compliance with remote work and on‑call duty requirements.

Profile

Experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, AWS, and Azure.
Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Bash.
3–5 years of experience in virtualized and cloud infrastructures.
Fluent Italian (mother tongue).
Cloud or VMware certifications preferred.
Experience in vulnerability remediation and security incident response.
You have strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
