RINA is currently recruiting for a Cloud Developer to join its offices in Genoa / Rome / Naples / Bari / Milan within the Digital Technology and Cybersecurity Division.
Mission
The Cloud Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust cloud infrastructure solutions that support the company's strategic goals. This role aims to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud services, driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Design and Development – Design cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements and develop code.
Collaboration and Implementation – Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Cloud Services Evaluation and Selection – Evaluate and select appropriate managed cloud services; conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine the best cloud solutions.
Deployment and Management – Oversee and execute deployment, management, and operation of scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud systems; ensure continuous monitoring and optimization for cost-efficiency and performance.
Governance and Security – Develop and implement cloud governance frameworks and best practices; ensure cloud solutions comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Technical Leadership and Guidance – Provide technical leadership and guidance; mentor and train team members on cloud technologies and best practices.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement – Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in cloud computing; recommend and implement improvements to enhance cloud infrastructure and services.
Troubleshooting and Support – Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services; provide support and incident management for issues.

Qualifications

Proven +3 years experience as a Cloud Developer using Python and / or Angular.
Good knowledge of cloud environments (Azure preferred), with expertise in developing and configuring resources using managed services.
Good understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
